Time to sign up for the 24th Annual Jacksonville Grand Prix, set for Friday and Saturday, Feb. 27 and 28, at North Florida Kart Club at 10244 103rd Street in Jacksonville. Endurance Karting’s longest-running event is back at a track with banked turns and a lengthy 1,000-foot straightaway. All entries drive 10 hp Honda Powered Dino Racing Karts provided by Endurance Karting. Race Pricing – 50 Minutes Practice & Qualifying + 6 Hour Race + All Safety Gear included – $1950/Team Entry with $500 benefiting Spina Bifida of Jacksonville.
Registration is open for the annual Classic Motorsports Amelia Island Kickoff presented by Sunoco: Set for Friday March 6, the day before The Amelia concours on Saturday. About 150 must-see cars, from legendary collector cars to iconic race machines, are expected starting at 1 p.m. that Friday on Fernandina Beach’s Main Beach Park, just a few miles north of the Ritz-Carlton. Spectator entry is free, while vehicle entry, limited to 150 pre-registered cars, is $45 per. All cars must preregister.
St. Marys Waterfront Auto Show: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 4, at St. Marys Waterfront Park at 201 St. Marys St. More details closer to show date.

But this month’s (Dec. 20) Fruit Cove cruise-in will be the last until a new contract is signed between the Sunshine State Chevelles and Gate Petroleum. The Motorsports Hall of Fame of America welcomed Miss Budweiser “T-2” (Turbine 2) to her new, forever home in Daytona Beach museum last week. Museum officials say they are deeply grateful to donor Joseph Little and the Little family.
The U-1 Unlimited Hydroplane is the most successful Gold Cup hydroplane boat in the more than 100-year history of the A.P.B.A., with 24 victories between 1987 and 1994.

Related inductees include owner Bernie Little (Class of 1994), Chip Hanauer (Class of 1995), Tom D’Eath (Class of 2000), and Dave Villwock (Class of 2026).

Alfa Romeo kicked off Miami Art Week with a dynamic presence at both Art Basel and BitBasel, bringing the brand’s distinctive Italian design, dynamic racing heritage and stunning craftsmanship to the largest high-end art show in the United States.

Alfa Romeo launched Art Week with an exclusive celebration at Hagerty Garage + Social on Dec. More than 200 attendees experienced 115 years of Alfa Romeo history, anchored by the ultra-exclusive 33 Stradale, the upcoming 2026 Tonale SUV and a curated selection of legendary race cars. Among them was the iconic Alfa Romeo 155 V6 TI, famed for securing the 1993 DTM championship under the command of driver Nicola Larini. The evening also showcased the evocative work of Italian artist and photographer Luca Artioli, whose fine-art automotive portraits filled the venue with vibrant motion and emotion

Later in the week, from Dec. 3-7, Alfa Romeo had a high-visibility installation in partnership with BitBasel at the Sagamore Hotel, featuring the 33 Stradale alongside a Tonale Art Car wrapped in a graphic design inspired by BitBasel’s sixth anniversary. With more than 100,000 pedestrians passing the Sagamore during Art Basel, the display delivered one of the week’s most photographed and talked-about moments.

Headed to L.A. for the holidays? The Petersen has a new down and dirty exhibit Legends of the Dirt — a celebration of off-road legends across multiple disciplines.
The Amelia Concours – Three-time Indianapolis 500 winner Dario Franchitti is the 2026 honoree at the event in early March. And the concours d’elegance – the classic car gathering at the huge weekend classic car event on Amelia Island, is set for a Saturday, and not a Sunday as in past, Hagerty says.
Franchitti won the Indy 500 in 2007, 2010 and 2012, and is also a 4-time IndyCar champion. The concours on Saturday, March 7th will see a collection of his race cars joining the annual display of 200-plus classics this year including Can-Am Racers and Corvettes. Porsche Werks
Registration has opened for Porsche Werks Reunion Amelia Island 2026, always held the same weekend as The Amelia.
This event will celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the introduction of the 924 in 1976, as well as the series of transaxle Porsches, which will be the feature cars for Werks Reunion 2026.
