The next Caffeine &Octane is set for 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday at The Avenues mall at 10300 Southside Blvd.

Gentle reminders – All vehicles parked in the Central Lot must remain in place until the show concludes. If you cannot stay until then, please park in the exhibit lot. Please park in the exhibit lot if you need to leave prior to 11 a.m. Those parking in the Exotics Lot and the Porsche Corner are free to arrive and leave at any time.

27th annual 8-Flags Car Show: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday along historic Centre Street in downtown Fernandina Beach. Presented by the Amelia Cruizers, show vehicles are $30 per, while admission is free.

Car and Bike Show: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday at the Barn at Maple, 545 Cathy Tripp Lane in Jacksonville. Free for spectators and $20 per show vehicle, proceeds benefit veterans and the community.

Third annual Classic Car Show: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Evangel Temple AG at 5040 County Road 218in Middleburg. Free for spectators and $20 per show vehicle.

North Florida Domestic Car Club’s Classic Car Trunk or Treat: 5 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 29, at Crossroad Church UMC, 10005 Gate Parkway. Classic and modern cars welcome, candy provided to distribute if it’s decorated – nothing too scary.

Exchange Club of Jacksonville Car Show: 10 a.m. to 2 pm. on Saturday, Nov. 4, at St. John the Divine Greek Orthodox Church, 12760 Beach Blvd. Free for spectators, $25 for show vehicles, proceeds benefit Exchange Club programs to prevent child abuse.

21st annual Antique Car Show: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday Nov. 11 at the Cecil Pines community at the Cecil Commerce Center at 6008 Lake Cove Ave. Free for spectators and show vehicles.

Ancient City Auto Club Car Show: Saturday, Nov. 11, at The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind, 207 San Marco Ave. in St. Augustine.

Ponte Vedra Auto Show: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12. Only pre-registered cars will be allowed on the Nocatee Station Event Field, 245 Nocatee Center Way in Ponte Vedra Beach, so register early. Cruise Down Heavenly Lane Car Show: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, at Hilliard Branch Church of Jesus Christ of latter Day Saints, 3741 Heavenly Lane in Hilliard. Free for spectators and $30 donation per show vehicle.

Limelight Toy Drive Car Show: 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, at Autobahn Indoor Speedway & Events, 6601 Executive Park Court N., just south of Butler Boulevard off Philips Highway. Admission: $20 cash or toy donations valued at $20 or more. Spectators are free.

The FIRM (Florida International Rally and Moto Park): Open Track Days held most weekends at the road course and rally course at 7266 Airport Road in Starke.

Cruise Fruit Cove: The Sunshine State Chevelles’ cruise-in hours are 3 to 7 p.m. every third Saturday at the PDQ at 194 Florida 13 in Saint Johns, just south of Julington Creek. In the winter months, noon to 4 p.m.

New cruise-in: 1 p.m. every third Saturday at Hardee’s at 6852 Wilson Blvd.

Amelia Cruizers: 3 to 6 p.m. every third Saturday at Cold Stone Creamery, 808 Sadler Road, Fernandina Beach. The Amelia Cruizers Car Club will stage a cruise to the ice cream store, staging at 2 p.m. in the parking lot next to the closed Krystal’s (2020 Sadler Road), then make an informal parade along the ocean and on Centre Street through downtown to end at Cold Stone.

Historic Springfield Main Street Cruise: 4 p.m. every fourth Saturday between 8th and 17th streets at Main Street in Jacksonville’s Springfield community.

McLaren marks the brand’s 60th anniversary with a display of supercars, heritage race cars and a star-studded line-up of drivers, capped off with the unveiling of a very special McLaren supercar, on November 10 – 12 at Velocity Invitational at the Sonoma Raceway in Northern California. McLaren, which was founded in England by Bruce McLaren on September 2nd, 1963, sold its first car in the Americas in 2011. A full spectrum of the brand’s iconic supercars and hypercars are expected for the weekend, including the McLaren P1TM, Senna, Elva and examples of the extreme performance LT models.

McLaren Racing will also assemble the largest collection of heritage cars it has ever run in the event, many of which are rarely seen in North America. These include Niki Lauda’s 1984 World Championship winning MP4/2A-1 and Lewis Hamilton’s MP4/23A-05, which he drove to win his first World Championship in 2008. Also making an appearance will be the MP4/6-10 that Ayrton Senna piloted to his third and final World Championship. Also making an appearance will be the very first McLaren customer race car ever built – the M1A Elva – which was also driven by Elvis Presley in the 1966 movie, Spinout. One of the highlights of the weekend’s festivities will be the unveiling of a truly special McLaren supercar. Details are still under wraps, but the planned reveal will involve both superstar drivers and a car that will take fans’ breath away.

The Amelia concours d’elegance returns for its 29th iteration from Feb. 29 to March 3 of 2024. And the Broad Arrow Amelia Auction will return as the official auction of The Amelia for 2024. The Amelia Auction will be extended to two days for 2024 (February 29 – March 1) following a successful inaugural event that saw $31 million in total sales and 81 percent of all lots sold.
